Lily Azofeifa

Lily was born in a Christian home, and has always been part of 1st Baptist Church in Desamparados. She encountered Jesus at age 12, and God convinced her that he wanted to use her life for his service. She went on to study Communication with a speciality in Linguistics and Education at the University of Costa Rica. Lily and her husband Isaac have continued to serve the Lord through different ministries at church: youth, men and women, local and international missions. When the opportunity to work for Students International (SI) came, she saw this as a new chance to fulfill her calling, now serving full-time.
Lily started working for SI in January 2018, serving in the Tutoring Center teaching, telling Bible stories, doing crafts and baking with the girls. Her dream is that we would receive more staff and extend our schedule, so that we could help high school students and adults and minister to the children’s families as well.
