It is a great joy to share how God is working through the healthcare site in new community called “ La Montañita “ where we have been serving providing medical consultation and serving children , door is opening and hearts are being transformed. One our greatest blessing has been the growth of our new Kid’s Club. When we first started, the children were very shy and hesitant to join in. Today, everything has changed! They are confident and excited to participate every single week.
We currently have 13 children actively participating in the kid’s club. Through our meetings, they are learning about God’s Word as well as important health and nutrition topics. Over the past few weeks, they have been learning lessons about the Armor of God learning how to stand firm in their faith, while also discovering practical ways to take care of their bodies through interactive lessons on the healthy plate.
The mothers in the community are very deeply grateful for this ministry. They are thrilled to see their children growing healthier physically and spiritually.
The seeds planted during these sessions are producing lasting fruit. One especially encouraging testimony is that one of the families we serve has recently started attending a local church. In fact, Britany, and her brotherKeilor now read the Bible every night with their mom at home.
Britany and Keilor’s mother, Sandra was moved to enroll her children because there is nothing else in the area—a space that truly cares for the children and prioritizes the community’s health.
We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined us on short-term mission trips. Your love, compassion, and hands-on service made a lasting impact on these families. Through short-term mission trips, you have helped bring healthcare, encouragement, and the love of Jesus to communities like La Montañita. You truly showed them the heart of Jesus.
