Description: The Physical Therapy clinic seeks to help patients reach the maximum potential for their individual physical needs and abilities. We aim to serve our patients with innovative therapies, person-centered care, and integrity with every interaction. Apart from having the opportunity to work alongside a physical therapist at the clinic, interns have the opportunity to provide PT services in our Special Needs school as well as a local nursing home.

Skills/Background Needed: Must be interested in the PT field. Must be self-confident, flexible, empathetic and attentive to detail.

Description: The physical therapy site serves the city of Nindirí and the surrounding communities through physical therapy treatment, home visits, and prevention/wellness education. Paul and Jaeline are licensed physical therapists working in a small clinic with an emphasis in trauma and orthopedics. Our goal is to see the people of the community empowered through improved physical and spiritual well-being.

Skills/Background Needed: Skill/Background Needed: Be enrolled in a physical therapy program or some physical therapy experience. An introductory level of Spanish is required.
