Lindsey A. Huang

Lindsey Huang is Assistant Professor of Intercultural Studies and Program Director of the Doctor of Intercultural Studies at the Cook School of Intercultural Studies at Biola University. She has a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of North Texas and a M.A. in Biblical Studies from the Central American Theological Seminary in Guatemala City. Her research interests include inequality in intercultural encounters, short-term missions, and Pentecostalism in Latin America. Before pursuing her doctoral studies, Lindsey lived in Guatemala for several years where she partnered with Students International as the On-Site Program Coordinator for Bethel University’s Guatemala Term (Minnesota). Lindsey resides in Southern California with her husband and children.
